"This place is the absolute worst place you can get your insurance from. THE WORST. Misinformation, stealing your money, raising rates, terrible customer experience. They are also racist as hell. If your anything but white DO NOT go to this place, they’ll treat you like your trash. They said they “don’t work for State Farm, they own their own business” straight out of Kelly parks mouth, not a word exaggerated. Will never go to them again. Unprofessional, disgusting way to treat people. I had requested to cancel then lifted request and lady said it was too late. I’ll be escalating this issue to the national supervisor shortly."
